Preparation of boiling water starch.
Ingredients.
1 tablespoon starch powder.
2 tablespoons cold water
½ liter boiling water
Procedure:
i) Make smooth paste using starch powder and cold water
ii) Gradually add the paste to the boiling water stirring vigorously.
iii) Dilute the starch (1 part starch to 2 parts water)
iv) Dip the tray cloth in the diluted starch and hang to dry.
