I. Specifity of objectives
Refers to a terminal behavior of the learner. It is described by use of a verb such as, state, describe, and list.
II. Condition
This is the condition under which learning occurs i.e. the duration within which the desired behavior in the lesson. I.e. the phrase “by the end of the lesson" defines the condition.
III. Level of performance.
For example; " should be able to calculate surface area of a cuboid."
IV. The subject
This is the learner as he is the reason for the lesson.
