Geographical factors such as climate and topography influence how classes are built, type of
uniform to be worn, transportation mode and even the time allocated for learning. For example
in some Middle East countries, learning stops by midday hours due to excessive heat
experienced in the afternoons.
In Kenya Agriculture as subject is important because the Kenyan climate and
Landscape favors Agricultural activities.

II. Political
The goals and interests of the political class shape the direction and content of the education in country. For instance, if a leader is a capitalist, the education system is tailored to produce capitalist minded graduates.

III. Economical
Education needs funding so the better a country is economic wise, the better the education
system they can offer.
For instance, in the developed European countries, education is free with all the facilities being of high quality.
While in most African countries education is charged even though it's still of very poor quality.
