It seems that the effects of global warming are finally catching up with us.What with the abrupt changes in weather. Now that the cold season is with us,we might as well find ways of combating the bone cutting cold and keep warm in style.I decided to give you great ideas for a smooth cold season.
1. Brew as much coffee as possible.Tea is also not a bad idea.Keep it warm in thermos flasks and enjoy all through the morning and evening.Caffeinated drinks help to keep us warm and active and avoid muscle cramps.

2.Invest in warm clothing, umbrellas and raincoats.Trench coats are a good starter as they are wearable on almost anything;dresses, trousers, skirts etc.Avoid walking in the rain, get a good strong umbrella to avoid embarrassments of wind blowing off the only cover you have.A wise buyer would make these purchases during the warm season as they are cheaper.Ankle socks and woolen caps are also ideal.

3. For the ladies,an appropriate hairstyle would take you miles.Retouch or blow dry is not the best idea as moisture in the air damages it.Braid your hair stylishly, add color to make it funky.Hot water braids add bounce to the chilly weather.

4.Nothing says welcome home like the beautiful scent of baked bread or cake. This is the time to bring out those long hidden skills and create aromas that bring warmth and comfort. The bread and cake would also be a good accompaniment for the tea or coffee.

5. Throw rugs that are woolen on the floor to keep legs warm.Make them in fancy colors to keep the house lively.

6.Wear brightly colored tops to create 'the sunshine effect' in the dull weather. This will also keep your spirits high.
