1. One's reactivity slows down once they become quiet. Being slow to react is in itself a virtue, and such people usually find themselves calm in times of crises. They are able to handle and manage a crisis.

2.Quietness helps us solve the problems that take up so much of our energy. Some problems that we try to solve in our lives could be so overwhelming, until we take time to listen to our inner wisdom. That's why in most cases we don't seem to find the solutions we are looking for, and our problems tend to persist.

3. To be quiet enables one to find their heart's wisdom.
You see it' so hard to access what we do not take time to hear. We need to be quiet enough so as to get time to hear our inward hearts' wisdom. At times when we are quiet, we may just make a decision to not do something bad, that we had intended to do earlier.

4. Quietness is good for the overall healthy functioning of all the systems in our body and mind. This is so because quietness is restful and much more relaxing.

5.Being quiet helps us to target on what we actually do want, and not what we do not want. In most cases, people tend to focus more on what they are trying to fix rather than on what they would want to manifest. Being quiet helps us to remember just what it is that we do want.

6. Quietness allows someone to be able to access their creative voice. This helps us in various businesses and in our personal lives. You see, being creative helps us professionally. We get to perceive new and better ideas and feel more peaceful about life.

7. Quietness also makes someone centered and strong.

This helps get rid of stress that creates tension all over us. Taking the time to be still and quiet will slow this process of stress down so that you can feel much more centered, both physically and emotionally.

8. To allow oneself time to be quiet will always give emotional relief from the daily stress of life. Try it! When you allow yourself to be quite, you'll be a lot more peaceful than if don't.

9.Quietness enables us to just rest and try to forget about the daily hustles. This helps us to relax especially our mind and body. You may not realize you need this rest until you have it, and realize its benefits.
