When you are planning an event or a party, the first thing that comes to mind is how it is going to be after all the planning is done. What we sometimes forget is the fact that planning parties has never been an easy task. It is easy to have fun, but ensuring people have fun on your party has never been a walk in the park.

New release of Pro Party Planner iOS app is meant to put all other party planning apps to shame. The developers have made sure that the new features are meant to make party planning easier - well, a whole lot easier.

We all know that you can not plan a party on your own, it is a Herculean task, you need people. The new free sync feature is meant to enable you to collaborate with your "team mates" and delegate duties making planning easier. Apart from that, you are able to sync your multiple devices and share party details with other PPP users at no cost. This, if I may add, makes planning an event less expensive. The information about the party will be available for a period of up to 6 months or half a year from the last party activity making the event planners have full control of their data (just in the event that their minds betray them and they can not recall some details of their previous event's precise details). The developers have also made sure that one can also export such data to tools like Google spreadsheet, also providing the option of printing PDF reports - if need be. This is an essential tool for party planners.

We can not forget that a budget is required for every party event - no matter how small. Pro Party Planner is meant to

make budgeting easier. According to the brains behind this app, one can easily automate the budget of items that will be needed based on the quantities provided and also based on the number of guests in attendance. This makes budgeting easier as it is at the pinnacle of party planning. Besides, this version can also help you visualize you budget and how you have spent your funds so far and of course the balance that remains untouched. Such information can also be imported or exported from and to spreadsheets on Google documents or Microsoft Excel. This app enables you to communicate at ease with all your guests. You can update them about any alterations that may occur by sending them emails or an SMS from within the app.

Once the guests are sorted out, seating arrangements become another burden to bear in planning events. Developers of Pro Party Planner have put in a feature that enables you to arrange the sitting arrangement of your guests straight from the app. As a party planner, you can now import your own table map then add guests to the tables and at last manage seats assignments. This can be all done using a drag and drop tool. In addition, the party planner can also arrange the seating plan and room decoration using augmented reality which allows the user to visualize how everything will indeed look like in reality. This is all thanks to the Augmented Reality Icon.

These are just a few of the features and tools the developers have updated to make sure that the user has an easier time planning their event. Version 3.0 promises to make any one a pro at planning parties and events. From what I see, this is very possible with this app.
