Course Overview
This provides learners with the necessary theoretical and practical skills, knowledge and competencies, to gain a comprehensive introductory foundation and understanding of the area of ICT Systems Support. It is envisioned that graduates will be able to fulfill a wide range of entry-level roles within the area of Systems and Network Support, and/or engage in further studies in a wide range of areas within ICT Systems Support at Diploma level and specifically progressing onto the Advanced Diploma in ICT Systems Support.
No pre-requisite knowledge of Networking and Systems Administration is required to commence this course.
