Entry requirements
- Applicants are required to
hold a bachelor of arts in guidance
and counseling or in any of the
following:
(a)Philosophy
(b)Theology
(c)Psychology
(d)Sociology
(e)Education or in any other discipline with at least upper second class honours or
any relevant qualifications accepted by the university senate.Admission shall be
granted to applicants having upper second class honours but lack undergraduate courses considered essential for graduate study in the major field.

Course duration
- The program takes two years

Graduation requirements
- To graduate a student shall be required to take and pass all scheduled courses within the stipulated period.
Course requirements
- Applicants are required
to be holders of first degree
in any one of the disciplines
below:
(i)Sociology
(ii)Education
(iii)Theology
(iv)Philosophy
(v)Psychology or any other relevant discipline


Under special circumstances, admission may be offered to holders of a first degree
with a lower second class honors and relevant experience in research, teaching,
and work at an institution of higher learning recognized by the Senate.
