? A manager should manipulate individuals to
benefit the organization. At the same time, if not
well checked, the individual can benefit from the
organization without considering the
organizational needs, hence, for an organization
to function well, the management should reconcile
the needs of both.
? It also shades light on the fact that organizations
are not homogeneous, instead they are stratified
with variations in roles and interests, but they are
interdependent.
? It over-stresses the human factor in organization
but management is wide and deals equally with
other factors upon which the organization
depends.
? It also equates individuals to organization but in
reality it is not the same, the individuals are more
important than the organization.
