(a) A provision which authorizes the owner or any person acting on his behalf to enter upon
any premises for purposes of taking possession of goods let under a hire purchase
agreement.
(b) A provision which relieves the owner from liability for such entry.
(c) A provision which restricts or denies the hirer's right to terminate the hire purchase
agreement.
(d) A provision which imposes greater liability upon the hirer for terminating the hire purchase
agreement than is imposed by section 12 (1) of the Act.
(e) A provision to the effect that any person acting on behalf of the owner in relation to the
formation or conclusion of the hire purchase agreement is deemed to be the agent of the
hirer.
(f) A provision which relieves the owner from liability for acts or default of any person acting
on his behalf in connection with the formation or conclusion of a hire purchase agreement.
