An unexamined life is not worth living.I agree.Socrates contended that living under the rules of others without examining our own lives lead to an unsatisfactory life.Examining our lives enables us to learn from our mistakes, to improve ourselves and to strive for more achievement. Continually reflecting on our thoughts, words and life will enable us to grow.Self-reflection is important to every human being.
