Give the time at Hola on 40^oE when the time at Tema on 0^o longitude is 12.00 noon.

Answers

The earth rotates 15^o in 1 hour.
So Hola will be ahead by 40^o

1^o= 4 minutes, 40^ox4=160/60 hours.

12.00+2 hrs 40 minutes.

So it will be 2.40 pm at Hola.
