- First, in most Kenyan communities the culture insists that men should always be dominant over women and this has stagnated the growth of our child (two third gender rule)
- Secondly,in Kenya, some women are ignorant and does not see the effectively and need to take part in the country's leadership. This has also cut short the efforts of pushing the rule forward
- Thirdly,most Kenyan ladies despite being learned and information bearing they never have the urge to take party in politics because they feel comfortable in their subject situation rather than leadership position to make and positive change.
- In addition, people misinterpret the Bible "man should rule over woman" and take this as a foundation factor as to why the two third gender rule should not be adhered to.
