It can be said so because there are people born with managerial skills. One has to be born with a potential or trait and this trait has to be natured for one to became a good manager. This underlying traits can make one a potential manager given the right environment.
For an organization to be successful, there should be a good manager who can plan well and ensure efficiency of employees for maximum production.
The following are some of the arguments on the fact that managers are born.
Management involves a practical aspect because in learning institutions,it cannot be taught through theory. One has to practice it.
Management can also be through daily experience whereby one gains experience on the work. By working, one will be able to cope with the work and be able to learn new ways of solving various challenges that may arise on the job. This cannot be taught through training.
When you look at most successful businessmen today, you find that they may not have certificates in management but they are able to run their businesses perfectly. This fact shows that management is something which is inbuilt.
Skills of management can also be learnt from the people who surrounds us. For example, children born in a business family may end up becoming good business managers from.what they will be able to learn from the immediate environment. They will try to mould themselves in that manner.
A good manager has the ability to manage an organization and this is something which cannot be imparted by training.
Some of the concepts learnt in classroom may not be in line with the real life .
