(i) Value in use
This is the present value of the estimated future cash flows expected to be derived from
the continuing/use of an asset and from its disposal at the end of its useful life.

(ii) Recoverable amount
This is the higher of an asset's value in use and the fair value less costs to sell or, net
realizable value.
