i) Conflict cultural beliefs - Different cultures have different interpretation of showing positive values such as eye contact may show respect or disrespect depending on culture
ii) Conflicting religious beliefs - Some religious beliefs may differ in interpretation of value for instance in some religious men do not shake hands with women
iii) Media/ internet - Some programs/ information may expose children to negative values
iv) Absentee parents - Lack of quality time the children due to work demands
v) parenting style - This depends on the style especially laise faire which does not enhance parantal guidance.
vi) Peer pressure - Child may copy wrong values from their friends to conform them.
