Parties involved in negotiating should be tolerant and accommodative in order to compromise for the sake of reaching an agreement.
d. Honesty
This promotes trust between parties involved in an agreement in order to create good understanding between them.
e. Respect
The value of respect is concerned with appreciating the different opinions given during the process of negotiating.
