Give your name and the number you are calling from. 3. Give an adequate description of the address or location of the emergency. 4. Do not hang up until the police have asked you all the questions. 5. Give the number of casualties. 6. Give nature of sickness/ injury. 7. Indicate the urgency/ seriousness. 8.
