2. It is intended to solve a problem, this means that without any problem to be solved, and then there is no need for research.
3. It should be thorough which means that it involves a deep inquiry.
4. It is careful meaning that it should be given attention.
5. It is systematic meaning that it should follow logical steps.
6. It is patient meaning that it may take long time.
7. It is intended to discover facts if it is quantitative and to discover relationship if it is quantitative.
