Minimum Admission Requirements

Those willing to apply for courses at Daystar University should meet the following minimum admission requirements.
1. Pre University
KCSE mean grade of C plain.
2. Diploma course admissions.
KCSE minimum grade of C plain or Principal Pass in A levels or 4 credits in GCE.
3. Undergraduate degrees.
- At least a mean grade of C+ at KCSE or 5 credits in IGCSE or 2 principal passes in A level or Division 2 in GCE.
4. Postgraduate programmes.
- A Bachelors degree course from a recognized university of second class upper division or first class honors or equivalent.
The institution offers courses on regular, day, evening, weekend and online learning modes.

Daystar University Application Procedure

- Application forms can be obtained from Nairobi, Athi River and Mombasa campuses.
- One should meet all admission requirements for the course he/she is applying for.
- Once the application form has been completed, it should be submitted together with Ksh. 2,000 non-refundable application fee.

Application Deadlines

- Students should apply by 30th November for January intake, 30th April for May intake and 31st July for August intake.
