Minimum Admission Requirements
For one to secure admission to the university's programmes, he/he needs to meet the following entry criteria.
1. Undergraduate courses: Minimum KCSE grade of C+(plus) or equivalent.

The university offers bridging, certificate, pre-university, diploma, undergraduate, masters as well as doctorate programmes through full time, part time, open and distance learning modes.
The university calendar is comprised of three sessions in an academic year (trimester system). The sessions run for the following periods: January to April, May to August, September to December.
