-Admission shall be granted
to holders of any one of the
qualifications below:
(a)A minimum of C+ in KCSE
or a bridging or a pre-university certificate
in the following subjects:
(i)Geography
(ii)Chemistry or biology
(iii)Agriculture
(iv)English
(v)Building construction or drawing and design

(b)KACE certificate with two principal passes
in Economics or maths and any of the subjects
below:
(i)Biology
(ii)Geography
(iii)Chemistry
(iv)Physics
(v)History
(vi)A credit in English language at KCE

(c)A diploma in relevant discipline with
a credit pass.

(d)A bachelor's degree in relevant field
from a recognized university.

Program duration
-Four years
Applicants are expected to be holding any of the qualifications below:
(a) A mean grade of C+ at KCSE with C+ in each of the subjects below:
(i) 2nd Group II/ any Group III/ any Group IV/ any Group V.

(ii) Any Group III.

(iii) Any Group II.

(iv) Mathematics.

(b) Two principal passes in Mathematics and Physics and a subsidiary level pass in Chemistry with a credit pass in English at O-Level.

(c) Diploma in Technology Spatial Design and Planning (Dip. Tech SDP) from a reputable institution.

Course duration.
Four years.
Entry requirements
-A minimum of C+ or a pre-university certificate in the following subjects:
(i)drawing and design,agriculture,building construction,geography,chemistry or biology and English or
-A diploma or a degree from a reputable institution with a credit pass in surveying related subjects or
-A holder of KACE a principle pass in maths or economics or any of the following:
(a)chemistry,biology,history,physics and geography

A mean grade of C+ at KCSE, a diploma in urban and regional planning or any other relevant qualifications approved by the university senate.
