- Mean Grade of C (Plain) with a Diploma (Passed with Credit) in any field of study from a recognized institution with at least two (2) years working experience in a relevant field e.g. Policing, Crime Investigation, Rehabilitation, Security Management OR
- Mean grade of C- (Minus) at KCSE or equivalent with Certificate and Diploma in relevant field from a recognized institution.

Fees Payable
Tuition Fee:
- East Africans - Kshs.70,000/- per year.
- Non-East Africans - Kshs. 87,500/- per year.
- Statutory fees - Kshs. 19,900/- per year.
