Admission requirements
(i) Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Honours [Upper Division] or higher) from Africa International University or other universities recognized by the Africa International University Senate.

(ii) Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Honours [Lower Division]) from Africa International University who have at least two years of relevant experience.

(iii) Postgraduate diploma (credit level or higher) from Africa International University or other institutions recognized by the Africa International University Senate.

(iv) In exceptional cases, Senate, on the recommendation of any of the schools, may admit to the Masters program, applicants who do not hold a first degree, provided that such candidates, based on the research and academic work they have done, can demonstrate that they are well qualified to undertake postgraduate work.

Course requirements

A bachelor of arts in counseling psychology from a reputable institution
with a minimum grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.00 or
hold a degree with a first class or an upper second class
honours. Applicants with grade point average of 2.5 or
have a lower class honours and higher diploma plus a relevant work
experience will be considered too if their degree or diploma
is related to the field of study.
