Applicants are required to hold any of the qualifications below:
(a) A mean grade of C- at KCSE with C- in either Mathematics or Physics and C in any two of the subjects below:
(i) Commerce
(ii) Geography
(iii) Business
(iv) Agriculture
(v) Biology
(vi) Chemistry
(vii) Biological Science
(viii) Home Science
(b) A certificate in Agribusiness or any relevant discipline from a reputable institution.
(c) KCE certificate with at least Division I,II & III with the following minimum grades; a pass in either Mathematics or Physics, a pass in any two of the science subjects (Agriculture,Biology,Biological sciences, physical science,home science, Commerce, Business and
geography) and a pass in either English or Kiswahili.
(d) Have A-Level certificate with at least two subsidiary passes in Biology and/or Chemistry plus a subsidiary pass in any one of the
following subjects: Physics, Mathematics,
Geography, Economics, and or Food Nutrition.
