1.Reduce over-reliance on aid from developed countries and start working on improving its own foods.
2.Embark in planting drought resistant crops rather than other crops that do not cope with her climate.
3.Embark on growing more food crops in expense of cash crops.
4.Use of advanced technological know how to improve yields in agriculture.
5.The government should help in reclaiming bare land and use it form agricultural production.
6.More and improved storage facilities should be put into place by the government to reduce food wastage.
