1; when 700 Israelites died at the plaque following the doubt in God.
2; when they listened to the spies who had been sent to the land of Canaan and they got angry at Moses for having brought them from Egypt. They doubted God and didn’t have faith in God that they would reach the Promised Land.
3; when Jesus was angry at the Israelites and asked Moses to take them to the wilderness to stay there for forty days, some of the older Israelites did not have faith in God, they believed they would die in the wilderness and their sons would grow and see the promised land.
