- Individual differences.
- Environmental, health issues in a family or expectations.
Counselling implications
- Recognise your own anxiety as a counsellor.
- Help the client to calm the tension.
- Apply core conditions.
- Identify causes.
- Help the client to access other interventions.
- Encourage action and support by making follow-ups.
