Writer's block are two words that spell horror to any author. This is when an author's creativity for churning out new ideas goes to the dogs. You cannot go past the first sentence before the story reads like that of yesterday.Good news is,it can be cured and its victims can go back to being brilliant as before.Just follow these steps.

i)Take a trip.Do not just sit at that chair stressed up and angry. We get ideas from experiencing our environment which build us.That is why the trip is vital.

ii)Change your niche. We all love holding on to things we are familiar with, but we don't get new feelings if we do not try other actions. For instance if you write on love, try war or food, you never know, you may find l
ove in the strangest of places...

iii)Read. When most authors realize they can write, reading is thrown out through the window yet the two aspects go hand in hand.Through reading, you get starting points for your writing;just what you have been looking for.

iv)Brighter colors. There is something about them that makes us want to dance.Change your laptop cover, your notebook color and shape.Drape your seat in fine, light material.Even your creativity needs a break from the boring grind!

v)Talk to people. We hide from people so that we can think. We may never realize that maybe the reverse can give a story,a better one for that matter.Talking to people gives you characters for your writing, the angry ones, miss goody two shoes, the moderates, the bullies;they all give us something to think about when writing.
