Many a times, people are afraid of talking out audibly because they think they would be laughed at for speaking something insensible. What they do not realize is that this might be everyone''s fear and, speaking up might just help one stand up and be different from the rest. One could in fact be a celebrated hero or heroine.

2. Always sit in front:
In gatherings where people are meant to sit, make it a habit to always sit in front. Do not be afraid of getting noticed because thais could as well be a chance for you to be given some prestigious responsibility or opportunity. In addition, this will boost your confidence levels.

While clothes do not make a man, dressing well and looking good will make you feel confident about yourself. It is simple - be always smart, shower often, wear clean clothes and groom yourself well. When you do these, you will not be worried of your physique and in the process, your friends will complement you. You will feel revived again and your self esteem will be great. You will also feeel good and proud of yourself.

5. How do you walk?
Is your walk sluggish, fatigued, aimless or painful? Try to add energy in your walking. Let it also be purposeful and not just aimless. You would feel a little more important if you increased the pace of your walking, even if you were not in a hurry. Your self esteem will

consequently improve when you walk faster.

6. Your posture matters a lot:
When you stand, stand up straight. When you look at someone, learn to maintain eye contact. Always learn to keep your head up. When you do this, people will notice that you are alert and a little bit empowered. While you may not realize this, people will respect you for your posture. By so doing, this will greatly boost your self esteem.

7. Listen to motivational speakers:
Try to search around you for some motivational speakers. Buy DVDs, CDs and get your way through to tap into these motivational speakers. I can assure you that your self esteem will never be the same again. On the contrary, you may be the one now telling people how to boost their self esteem.

8. Develop a lifestyle of gratitude:
Be grateful of your achievements and positive moments. Focus less on your failures. By so doing, you will so amazed at how much of success levels you have hit. This will really motivate you. It will motivate you venture into some new projects because, after all, you are able. This being from your past positive experiences. At this level, your self esteem may even double or triple.

9. Know that you are unique:
Do not equate yourself to other people. It could be that what they can do, you can not do; but it is also most likely that what you can do, they can not do - and may be eyeing your skills. Use what you have to the best of your ability. You may never know; but people may be counting on you to do just that - what you have to the best of your ability.
