To people, there is nothing in the whole world that develops creases in desire, focus and enthusiasm more than the feeling that they are not supposed to have what they want. There are those people who believe deep down in their subconscious minds that they have at least several mistaken ideas or that they are not entitled to have what they really want. They cling to a stereotype that there is something wrong with going after the very best in life, such people believe in misfortunes and curses. Alright, you really don’t need to go by these people because they only say so to earn company for their failure, they are those people who have failed to attain what they want.

Psychologists tell us that feelings of personal unworthiness are dreadful destroyers of energy and purposefulness. People feel guilty at the thought of placing their center in themselves; they think that its being self centered of selfish and so in order to keep from feeling guilty they lead confused, resentful and unfulfilled lives. They live with the false assumption that their own best interests are opposite to the best interests of the society. Any spiritless person who listens carefully to himself will hear inner whispering like these: am not worthy of such a fine opportunity, my past misdeeds disqualify me from a better future, I don’t deserve a job promotion or my misery is just what I deserve. Interestingly, you don’t hear them making such remarks openly instead they say the opposite of what they inwardly believe.

We fail to get what we ought to have because we have so many phony notions as to what we deserve. If our erroneous attitudes believe we deserve poverty and unhappiness that is what we will exactly get and again if we take the

belief that we deserve the best then sooner or later the best is what will come our way. It must follow that, that stout stand we take in our belief has a powerful enthusiasm that will either drive us to success or to failure. If we tell ourselves that we deserve what we want, that we are capable of achieving it and that we will no longer listen to the contrary suggestions, our new enthusiasm will take care of the rest. It is finally that we will attain our desires and it is then that we will realize that we deserved them all long.
