Introduction
The Endorois community in Kenya had gone extra mile to take Kenya to the Africa court where in based its case against some issues. In this paper I will focus more on the history of the Endorois and move to the brief history of the African court as I based my arguments sitting some key people who have written more about the case. I will more over look on how the court dealt with the case and how the ruling was made by the court.

The history of Endorois community in Kenya
The Endorois are a pastoralist community of 60,000 indigenous people, who have resided in the Lake Bogoria area of Kenya for the past centuries. The Endorois form part of the wider Kalenjin community, the highland Nilotes, as they speak the Kalenjin language. The Endorois have no centralized political organization; their government is based on age-sets in which men were elevated from childhood to adulthood in stages marked by elaborate initiations. ......................................
