Entry requirements
-Applicants are expected to be holding
any one of the qualifications below:
(a)At least Upper Second Class Honours
in Chemistry from any reputable university.

(b)At least Lower Second Class honours degree
in chemistry from either University of Nairobi
or any other accredited university plus at least
two years relevant research experience.

(c)A pass degree in Chemistry from any accredited
university plus at least five years relevant research or
work experience.

Entry requirements:-

Bachelors degree with Second Class Honours Upper Division or a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 from MMU or any Institution recognized by the University;

Bachelor degree with Second Class Honours Lower Division or a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.50 on a scale of 4.00 from MMU, or any Institution recognized by the University, with three (3) years working experience in relevant field, or evidence of research capability either through research, paper presentations or peer reviewed publications;Relevant postgraduate diploma from MMU or any institution recognized by the University.

-(i)Kshs.2,000 for students from East Africa region
-(ii)Ksh.4,000 for Non East African students

Admission requirements
- Applicants are required to hold any
of the qualifications below:
(i)Bachelor of science or education with
at least second upper division and has studied
Analytical chemistry to a degree level.
(ii)Holders of second class,lower division
degree in the above disciplines plus a minimum
of two years work experience or proven evidence
of research ability.

In addition,applicants must have in maths

Minimum requirements
-Applicants are expected to be
in possession of any one of the
qualifications below:
(i)Bachelor of Science or bachelor
of Education Science degree with at
least an Upper Second Class from a
reputable university.They must have
studied Chemistry as a major or
regular subject and scored at least
C.

(ii)Bachelor of Science or Bachelor
of Education Science with Lower Second
Class degree from a reputable university
and at least two years of teaching chemistry
or working in a research institution.

(a) B.Sc. Chemistry, Second Class Upper. OR

(b) Second Class lower Division with Relevant work experience of 2 Years or extensively published in any refereed journals.
