This program aims at equipping graduates with skills that will enable them improve agricultural products as well as marketing them.

Entry requirements
(a) A minimum of C+ and a C in each of the following subjects:
(i) Biology.

(ii) Chemistry.

(iii) Mathematics Physics/Geography/Agriculture OR C in each of the following subjects:

(i) Biological Sciences.

(ii) Physical Sciences.

(iii) Mathematics/Geography/Agriculture or any of the Group IV subjects at K.C.S.E. or an A Level equivalent.OR

(b) A holder of a Diploma in Animal Production and Husbandry, Horticulture or any other relevant field from a recognized institution with a credit pass.OR

(c) A holder of a pass Diploma with two years relevant experience may be admitted in first year of study.

(i) Those applying for the program above must have attained a minimum of a C+ in KCSE with a C in kiswahili or English or
(ii) Two principal passes at KACE level or
(iii) Hold a KCE certificate with a credit pass or
(iv) Hold a diploma with at least a credit pass or
(v) Be in possession of a professional certificate plus a relevant diploma from a recognized institution
