The program involves the study of
soil science,meteorology and plant science.
It aims at producing experts who are capable
of understanding processes taking place in
plant growth.The knowledge acquired is
applicable in genetics where better crops
such as drought-resistant plants are produced.
Entry requirements
-A minimum of a C in KCSE or
be in possession of a relevant
certificate from a reputable institution
In addition,applicants must pay sh.500 as
application fee which is non-refundable.
Period of study
-The program takes three years
