About Bsc Food Science Hospitality Management()

This program is involves the study about hotel industry and the related disciplines:
Students also learn about food production and also the expected ethics within the industry.
Applicants are required to hold any of the qualifications below:
(i)A minimum of C+ in KCSE with a C in mathematics and C in either English or kiswahili.
(ii)A KACE certificate with a minimum of two principal passes and a minimum of credit pass in mathematics at KCE.
(iii)A diploma with a credit pass
(iv)A professional certificate plus a diploma in a relevant discipline
The program takes four years.
This course prepares one to work in hotels or in other food production areas.

(i) Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences/Mathematics and Geography or any of the Group IV subjects.


(b) A Diploma in Food Technology from a reputable college with a credit pass.
