MASTER OF ARTS IN MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF POPULATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES


Duration: 2 years

The following shall be eligible:

(i)holders of a Bachelor's degree of the University of Nairobi or any other equivalent institution recognized by Senate with at least an Upper Second Class Honours.

(ii)holders of a Bachelor's degree of Lower Second Class Honours of the University of Nairobi or any other equivalent institution recognized by Senate with at least 2 years work experience in population or development related field or with a postgraduate diploma in population related field.

(iii)holders of a pass degree of the University of Nairobi or any other equivalent institution recognized by Senate with at least five year of work experience in a population or development related field or with a postgraduate diploma in population related field.
Admission requirements
- Applicants are expected to
be holders of a recognized University Degree or Higher Diploma or its equivalent

-Ksh.2,000

Tuition fee
-Kshs.96,000 per semester for
full time students

-Kshs.60,000 per semester for part time students

Course duration
- Five semesters for full time students
-Eight semesters for part time students

Course requirements
-Students must possess any
one of the qualifications:
(i)A bachelor's degree in a relevant
discipline,with a cumulative Grade Point
Average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale
(ii)A bachelor's degree with at least
Second Class Honours Upper division
(iii)Bachelor's degree in a relevant
field with at least Second Class Honours
Lower division with two years relevant
experience.
