Bachelor of arts in economics and sociology
is available in faculty of arts and social sciences.
This program contains elements of business and sociology
thus giving a student, a wide range of knowledge.After graduation,
students are suitable to work in areas like Non-governmental organizations and research
institutions.
Course requirements
- Applicants must have scored a C+ in KCSE with a B- in maths, or a C+ in maths and
a B in either commerce,business studies,accounting or economics in KCSE or its
equivalent or two principal passes in A levels.

- The program takes a minimum of four years
Graduation requirements
- Students shall be required to take and pass all courses with the
