(d) The government in collaboration with some countries has set up mechanisms to combat terrorism. Kenyan security personnel are being trained on how to detect and counter modern terrorism.
(e) The government through wildlife management organizations and the provincial administration, protects wildlife by prosecuting those who encroach on reserved land.
(f) The government through the National Environment Management Authority has established controls and standards to check environmental pollution.
