Admission requirements
-Admission shall be granted to
holders of any one of the qualifications
below:
(i)A minimum of C+ in KCSE with
C+ in English or C- in KCSE
with B in an English language bridging course
provided at University of Nairobi

(ii)A minimum of C in KCSE plus a relevant
diploma from a recognized institution.

(iii)A minimum of C- in KCSE with a relevant
certificate and diploma from a recognized college

(iv)Kenya Certificate of Education or East African Certificate of Education division III or Ordinary GCE or equivalent Plus a Diploma from a recognized institution.

(v)Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education or East African Advanced Certificate of Education or Advanced GCE certificate with a minimum of two principal passes and a minimum of a credit pass in English in Kenya Certificate of Education.

(vi)K.A.C.E. or E.A.A.C.E or Advanced GCE Certificate with one principal pass Plus a Diploma or equivalent from a recognized post- secondary institution.

(vii)A relevant degree from a recognized university

(viii)International Baccalaureate Diploma.

With a strong emphasis on both theory and practical skills, the Bachelor of Arts in Film and Production and Directing seeks to create film professionals who are well versed in the aesthetics and technical aspects of film production and directing. The program aims at helping Kenya and other African countries meet the local media content demand that has been created by the exponential growth of the media industry in the continent.
