program are required to be holding
any one of the qualifications below:
(a)A minimum of B- in KCSE at least
B for the total score in the four KUCCPS
cluster subjects,and C+ in the following individual
cluster subjects:
(i)Physics
(ii)Maths
(iii)Chemistry
(iv)Biology or geography
(v)Any group IV subject

(b)K.A.C.E qualifications with at least three principal passes of nine
points and above in each of the subjects below:
(i)Chemistry
(ii)Physics
(iii)Maths
(iv)Biology or geography

(c)A diploma in a relevant discipline from a recognized
institution with a credit pass.

Diploma holders shall be admitted in the second year of study
whereas those with Higher National Diploma shall be admitted in
the third year of study.

- Four years
Applicants must have scored any of the qualifications below:
(a) A mean grade of C+ at KCSE with C+ in each of the subjects below:
(i) Physics.

(ii) Chemistry or Physical Sciences.

(iii) Mathematics.

(iv) English/Kiswahili.

(b) A Diploma in relevant discipline with a credit pass.

(c) A higher Diploma in a relevant field from an institution recognized by the university senate.
