Minimum requirements
-Students holding any of
the qualifications below
shall be eligible for admission:
(a)Bachelor's degree in Land
Economics with at least Upper
Second Class Honours from either
the University of Nairobi or any
other accredited university.
(b)Bachelor's degree from a reputable
university with at least Upper Second
Class Honours in any of the disciplines
below:
(i)Economics
(ii)Engineering
(iii)Commerce
(iv)Building economics
(v)Architecture
(vi)Forestry
(vii)Agriculture
In addition,applicants must have
at least one year in teaching,research or
practical experience in of the disciplines
below:
(i)Property development
(ii)Farm management
(iii)Property management and Valuation
(iv)Land Administration
(c)At least Lower Second Class degree
in any of the disciplines above
plus a postgraduate diploma in
relevant discipline and least two years of work experience.
Total tuition fees
-Kshs.313,000 for Kenyan students
Non-Kenyan students shall add 25% in all
items.
