Admission Requirements:-

The common regulation for all Masters Degrees in the University shall apply.

i) Candidates must hold at least a Second Class (Upper Division) Honours B.A. (Kiswahili / English) or B.Ed (Arts) of Egerton University with specialization in English / Kiswahili and General Linguistics;

ii) Holders of at least a Second Class (Upper Division) Honours in an undergraduate degree with specialization in English/Kiswahili, or General Linguistics and English/Kiswahili from other recognized institutions are also eligible;

iii) However, applicants who are holders of a Second Class (Lower Division) degree with relevant two (2) years working experience may be considered.
