Course Entry Requirements:
A holder of a degree of at least Upper Second Class standing from the University of Nairobi or an equivalent degree from a university recognized by the University of Nairobi senate in either architecture, surveying and photogrammetry, civil engineering, building economics, land economics, estate management and related fields.
Course Study Duration: 2 years.
