and servicing techniques for
both Kenyan and foreign dishes.
Those who pursue this program
may serve in hotels,food industries
and other places where these skills
are required.Others may become
entrepreneurs in the industry.
Course requirements
- Applicants are expected to
have scored a minimum of D+
in KCSE.Holders of other qualifications
may be admitted as long
as their qualifications
are accepted by the university
senate.
