Admission requirements
-Applications shall be granted
to holders of any of the degree
programs named below:
(i)Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.
(ii)Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine.
(iii)Any other degree relevant to the ones above.
(iv)Admission shall be granted to holders
of Bachelor of science in Animal Science, where Clinical Pathology was taken and passed
with at least Upper Second Class Honours.
(v)Lower Second Class Honours degree in Animal Science, where Clinical Pathology was taken and passed
plus a postgraduate diploma in relevant area or at least three years research/work experience.
(vi)A pass degree in areas specified in (v) above and a postgraduate diploma in the relevant areas.

Admission requirements:

The following shall be eligible for admission into the programme:
(i) Holders of MBChB. Degree from the University of Nairobi, or,
(ii) Holders of equivalent qualifications from other institutions recognized by the Senate as having comparable academic status and whose degrees or qualifications are registrable in Kenya.
(iii) Candidates who must have completed at least one year of internship in a medical institution recognized by Senate.
