This makes a great impact as it brings together students from different cultural backgrounds together. Due to this ,the students do not closely attach themselves to cultures some of which are negative.

This provides learners with the ability to realize the difference between social and economical life thus being able to separate the two and not affecting enterpreneurial culture.
Using official language for communication
This is so important as it places all the people equal irregardless of whether it is at an office or a classroom.Teachers are required to communicate using official language to their student and this applies to employers and employees too
