8 healthy living tips:
Sometimes its expensive to maintain yourself fully satisfied and blossomingly clean. But all the same, there are things we can do or avoid that will for sure brighten up a day. With that in mind, I will give out a list of ten things you should do to ensure HEALTHY and so a HAPPY living. This will cost you no much than about one or two dollars!!

*drink a glass of water every morning

People do not drink water in the morning. They rather take tea or coffee and they will even go without anything, leaving the best behind. A glass of clean water. Do you know your body losses a lot of water and oxygen during and throughout the night? All the best you can do for it is to supplement it with the lost oxygen. This ensures healthy life.

*pick a few fresh fruits on your way out

On your way out, driving walking or cycling, grape several fruits and eat them on your way to school, office etc. This will add lots of energy and power to push you throughout the day.

*don't go for junk foods (burger, french fries) go for a salad

Junk foods add nothing but more calories that make you fat and unhealthy. Why not go for that fresh fruit salad?

*go for exercises every minute

If you work in a far distance from work, you can run to the office. If you work upstairs don't use the elevator. Let blood beat faster in you. This will burn excess fat and calories reducing the risk of many diseases.

*take herbal teas if you have to [mandarin and ginseng tea or fennel seed tea.]

*eat a mouthful of nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts, etc.)
This should be probably after lunch. They give you the energy you will need in the afternoon hence

reducing boredom.

*accept goobling a cup of freshly squeezed juice. Fruits are the best side effective free foods. Visit that salad parlour and drink a glass of these fruit juices. I personally take carrots, ginger and apple juice everyday

*deep inhalation can help relax your cells.
When alone and free, inhale deeply and hold your breath for about 4 seconds, before slowly exhaling. Your body needs that oxygen.

*avoid smoking and excess alcohol consumption. That goes without saying

* take a balanced diet and avoid stress. Also that goes without a word. But let me add a point. A balanced diet compose the
-vitamins, fruits
-proteins, meat, beans etc
-carbohydrates, starch food. Unga, potatoes etc
-minerals, spinach, etc

In conclusion, I believe a complete shower will keep your skin in tone and so is your body. Sweats contain germs if left for several days on your skin. I believe stinking is the last thing you need to hear, don't you?
