v) Organization
c) Outline any five factors that can be used to determine the success of an information system
(5 Marks)
d) One of the main terminologies used in the system development is Entity Relationship Diagram
(ERD). Explain any four components of an ERD (6 Marks)
e) Prototyping is an approach of making a small scale model of the new system. Explain any five
benefits for using prototyping during system development (5 Marks)
f) There are categories of system stakeholders with whom the system analyst can interact with during
information gathering process. Identify such system stakeholders (5 Marks)
