ii. Mr. Mjuaji is a newly appointed headteacher of Wajuaji primary school. The school is faced with acute shortage of teachers and very low enrollment. He intends to introduce multi-grade teaching in the school and he approaches you as an experienced headteacher who has undergone K.E.S.I management course and seeks your advice.
What would you advise him on the advantages and challenges of multi-grade teaching? (10mks)
